Paul was born and grew up in Laurel.  His first great blessing from God was to be born to parents who loved Jesus, loved each other, and loved their children.  With love and encouragement from them and from the church he grew up in, Paul accepted Jesus while still young.  Through the faithful love of Jesus and the faithful service of many believers in Sunday Schools and youth groups and college fellowships and small groups, he has grown more and more awed at God’s love for the world.

Paul is married to Chris.  They have two adult sons, Tim and Michael, and enjoy family video chats almost every week.  They love to hike and travel and generally enjoy the outdoors.

Paul and Chris were part of the group that helped start Bethany Columbia in 2013.  They lead a life group, and he has been an Elder since 2021.
