Event Support Team
If you like to make sure meetings and events at church are supported well with decoration, tables, chairs, and providing the needed food or drinks, this is a great place to serve. Bethany Church has around 6-8 events throughout the year that require the talents of the Event Support Team. These events include Belong Luncheons, our Annual Meeting, funerals, and classes.
Commitment – Work with the organization that is responsible for the event to figure out how best to serve that event. Help with event set-up and clean-up along with providing food and drink.
Event Support Team will serve as they are needed.
